Finally I can tell

Today we had the press conference for Melodifestivalen 2010! I haven't been able to tell anyone that I'm going to participate and it feels so good to finally announce it! I'm super excited, the press conference was crazy and it was fun to meet my competitors! We are going to be an amazing group!

Eurovision 2010

Linda Pritchard will compete in Örnsköldsvik with You're making me Hot Hot Hot

This morning the artists for Melodifestivalen (Swedens local selections for Eurovision Song Contest) were presented at a press conference at SVT in Stockholm. It stood clear that Linda will compete in Örnsköldsvik with her song You're Making Me Hot Hot Hot written by Johan Fransson, Tim Larsson and Tobias Lundgren.  The song is an up-tempo with a Latin feeling and to quote the lyrics, Linda is promising a hot performance. "I am overwhelmed and very excited" Linda says, "I wish the competition was tomorrow and I can't wait to sing my song". 

This will be Linda's first time in Melodifestivalen as a solo artist although she has been involved before as a backup dancer and singer. 

"To stand on my own will be a fun and giving experience. Melodifestivalen is such a huge thing and I'm happy to be part of all this." 

The competition in Örnsköldsvik will be held on the 6th of February.

Concert with the Gentlemen

Today I did a concert at "Riddarhuset" in Stockholm together with the Gentlemen. We had an amazing audience and it is those times you know that you've chosen the right occupation:)!

The publishing party

The Swedish publishing awards! We partied all day at Berns in Stockholm, from 10am until the middle of the night, so much fun! And I met a whole lot of nice people from the industry.
