Breakfast!!
I have a great interest in eating healthy food and i love all the alternative ways how to live a good life! and right now i´m in a fase where i eat alot of porridge!! and i just love it!! i can get a big urge for it the night before, and can´t wait until brakfast! haha... yesterday i even made a small portion before going to bed, and i wasn´t even hungry, i just wanted it! to make it, i use oatmilk, oatmeal (of course) cinnamon and topping it with more cinnamon, goji-bearries and honey! ahhh.... love it!!!

In the studio!
Hi guys! Today i´ve been working in the studio with Oscar Görres again! He is, such as my self, one of the songwriters and producers from the "crossfade"-team. Crossfade is the team making my record! And we have a show on monday, web-tv, where we will perform 3 songs from the upcoming record! Acoustic style! I like! So we picked out the songs we want to play and rehersed for a while! It´s gonna be great fun!

Shoppin' for my dancers!
Hey! After a very very long day i have finally, together with my choreographer, found some really hot clothes and shoes for my dancers to wear at the swedish grand prix!! I could never imagine that it would take so much time as it did! Especially to find all the shoes!! 'Cause i had to find all the right sizes, colours and styles.. But now we´ve got it all!!! yes!!! just a few small details left! one week to go folks!!!!

Trying out my clothes!!
Hi all,
My clothes for Melodifestivalen will soon be done, and it looks so nice!!! Feels amazing!! Stefan Wåhlberg is helping me with the creations and he is the best!! And a couple of days ago I got an OK on doing a special thing on stage during my number... but I'm not going to tell....hihi

Grand Prix-Rehersals!!!!!
Now for the last three days i have been rehersal like crazy for the swedish grand prix! And it feels absolutely great!!! It´s gonna be so much fun, I can´t wait! I will give you everything i´ve got! So exited!

In the studio... makin´ music!
Right now i´m in the studio with one of my producers, Oscar Görres. And we´re recording a wonderful and emotional ballad! We wrote it together with the other members of the Crossfade-team a few days ago, and now we´re putting it together! and it feel so good! i just love ballads! There is no better way for me to express myself, then to sing! It´s like yoga! And after, i feel whole, calm, inspired... ah... just love it! In a few minutes we´re gonna rec some backing vocals, and even though it´s late, i look forward to it! Hope you will like the result later on... ;)
