Now i reveal one of my secret powerdrinks!! its great, especially now a days when so many are sick!! so use this one, once a day!
for 2 drinks:
2 bananas
1 apple
lots of blueberries
2 oranges
1 cm thick ginger
some oatmilk
1 tesp spirulina
a little bit of honey
and bye as much organic food as possible... so you get as much nutrician as you can and avoid all the crappy stuff!!

finally i have arrived in the swedish smalltown Ö-vik! and it´s a wonderful town! everyone is so nice and helpful! the day started with a nice flight from stockholm, i thought it would be a bit bumpy because of of all the snowing and some heavy winds. but it was fine! then i arrived to the hotell with my crew and had a quick lunch. after that we went to get our passes for the coming days, then to rehersal at a local gym,later i had interwiews to do, meeting with everyone who´s involved, and rehersal with the local band for the gigg tomorrow where i will perform with two songs from the upcoming album. feels great!
and now i´m just gonna take it easy, relax and get ready
for tomorrow!! cause tomorrow is the first day we get to reherse
on
stage
for the grand prix... yes.. give it to me!

Hi!! Today i have been singing at the swedish paper Expressen, Expressen XL Live! And dit was great fun! I played 2 songs from my upcoming album! Last night we were invited to a welcome dinner at the hotel. It was very nice, good food and lot's of great people. There's so much going on this week, fun!!
