Killer-smoothie!!
Now i reveal one of my secret powerdrinks!! its great, especially now a days when so many are sick!! so use this one, once a day!
for 2 drinks:
2 bananas
1 apple
lots of blueberries
2 oranges
1 cm thick ginger
some oatmilk
1 tesp spirulina
a little bit of honey
and bye as much organic food as possible... so you get as much nutrician as you can and avoid all the crappy stuff!!
